We send a weekly agent informational e-newsletter full of industry news and the latest consumer sales offers as well as training tips from experts and our suppliers.
Automated Phone Messages
We periodically leave voice messages for our members with updates and notices. You'll either listen to the taped message live or when you check your messages.
Training Webinars
Training webinars are also periodically provided by our suppliers featuring helpful sales and marketing tips and product knowledge training as well as agent booking incentives.
Member Services
Our member service center, run by Stephen Cox, has the expertise to help you out with your clients’ reservations. We can draw on our past experience to assist you through any hurdles you encounter. Also, due to close relationships with our preferred suppliers, we can make calls on your behalf should you run into a situation that you can't resolve. You'll hear from us on occasion just to touch base and make sure you're receiving our information or need any help.
